David trained at Birmingham Dental Hospital and qualified in 1979. He was awarded the diploma in General Dental Practice by examination in 1994. He is now a member of the regional faculty committee and a member of the International Association of Implantology. He lectures to final year students and new graduates on implantology and crown and bridgework.

David has a great interest and experience in Cosmetic dentistry, advanced crown and bridgework including implants. He is a member of several dental committees including the West Midlands Post Graduate Committee and Birmingham Local Dental Committee. David also works as a part time Clinical Assistant in Oral Surgery at the Birmingham Dental Hospital.
